We ship directly from South Korea.

Free standard shipping for orders $99 and above. 

Once an order has been placed, we will process it immediately. Please make sure all your details are correct as we cannot make any changes to your order.

  • Shipping fee is charged not per product but per order.
  • Order processing time: 0-2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time (including order processing time).
    • FedEx: All countries
      3-5 business days.
    • K-Packet: United States (except for Hawaii, Guam, Saipan), Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore United Kingdom.
      2-3 weeks.
  • Shipping Rates:
    • K-Packet: All other Countries including United States (except for Hawaii, Guam, Saipan) - $9.99
    • FedEx - $19.99

What is the Difference between K-packet and Express delivery:

  • K-PACKET is a low-weight service provided by Korea Post under the Universal Postal Union. It is cheaper, but it takes longer than Express, and it does not provide customs clearance and customer care services, unlike Express. If you want a better delivery service, we recommend Express.

Customs and Duty:

  • Customs and Duty tax is the responsibility of buyers.
  • For accurate information and estimation of import taxes, please check your country’s customs.


About shipping fee:

  • The shipping fee paid by the customer to Gaenari Cosmetics is based on freight charges and does not include any costs incurred in the importing country.
  • The importer (customer) is responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, and additional incidental costs associated with customs clearance in the importing country.


Remorse Return:

  • Buyer is responsible for a round trip shipping fee (The actual shipping fees may be more than what buyers pay for in the beginning.
  • Refunds to end customers will be given once we confirm the return.


Shipping issues are caused by the recipient.

  • Gaenari Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping issues caused by the recipient.
  • Refusal, Absent recipient, Wrong address, Issues in the recipient country, Issues in the recipient region
  • Returns and refunds are treated the same as Remorse Returns.


If I select the shipping option as express, can I choose the express carrier (DHL, Fedex, etc.)?

  • No, you cannot choose a specific carrier company for Express. Carrier selection is based on your location and carrier availability. 


What should I do for Damaged, wrong, or missing shipments?

We need a photo of the attached shipping waybill, a photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill attached, and a photo of the entire product in question.

Please do not throw away your original waybills and boxes as they may be needed upon return.


What level of damage is refundable or returnable?

If the shipping box and packaging received for an item are damaged, we won't treat it as damaged if there's nothing wrong with the item itself.
