REFUNDS:
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to expedite returns, we highly recommend you to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that the item arrives safely at us.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- For Damaged, wrong, or missing shipments, we need a photo of the attached shipping waybill, a picture of the entire box with the shipping waybill attached, and a photo of the entire product in question. Please do not throw away your original waybills and boxes, as they may be needed upon return.
- Two-way shipping charges are deducted for remorse return. Please be careful when you place an order.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- For Damaged, wrong, or missing shipments, we need a photo of the attached shipping waybill, a photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill attached, and a photo of the entire product in question. Please do not throw away your original waybills and boxes, as they may be needed upon return.
- If the shipping box and packaging of an item are damaged, we won't treat it as damaged if there's nothing wrong with the item itself.

REMORSE RETURN:
- We DO NOT refund until we confirm the return.
- Customer is responsible for a round trip shipping fee (The actual shipping fees may be more than what buyers pay for in the beginning. Related customs duty and tax)

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Please check the conditions below :
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We can only collect returns within the same country to which your order was originally shipped. Additional import duties may apply if you need to return your purchase from a country other than the original shipping address.
- Designer packaging, such as authenticity cards, samples, and dust bags are also considered part of the product and must be returned.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- If the delivered product is renewed without further notice. (Even if the image of the received product is different from the previous version, it cannot be returned.)
- Products can be shipped without individual product boxes. (Very occasionally, a brand may only send us the product without its box if it is short of stock in Korea or if they have plans to discontinue production in the future.)

SHIPPING ISSUES CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMER :
- Gaenari Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping issues caused by the customers.
- Refusal, Absent customer, Wrong address, Issues in the customer's country and region
- Returns and refunds are treated the same as Remorse Returns.
- If, due to customer's fault and we don't receive the product within 30 days of the date we shipped the item, no refund will be issued.
